By accessing and using Sutrixs HMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Sutrixs HMS is a hotel management software-as-a-service platform that provides tools for managing reservations, front office operations, restaurant POS, housekeeping, inventory, finance, and related hospitality functions.

## 3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

## 5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Sutrixs Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
